be 2 to 4 feet in height. Wind and seas may increase later today. Expect this
weather pattern to hold through Friday.

Richard is a tropical depression and is in the Gulf of Mexico. It is expected to
dissipate into a low pressure remnant later today.

Elsewhere in the tropics, there is a large area of disturbed weather about
1150 miles WNW of the Cape Verde islands. It is given a 30% chance of
developing into a subtropical cyclone in the next 48 hours. This system is not
a threat to us.

The air temperatures will be in the high 70s (F) to the low 80s or 24 to 25 (C).

At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 81F to 84F or 26C to 28C.
