The air temperatures will range from the low 70sºF to mid 80s ºF or 25°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 78°F to 82°F or 25ºC to 27ºC.

For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:1.The next cold front is forecast to move into the far NW Gulf of Mexico waters early Fri morning and extend from SE Louisiana to near Tampico, Mexico by late Fri...and from Tampa Bay to SE Bay of Campeche by late Sat.
2. High pressure north of the Caribbean is maintaining moderate to fresh trades over much of the forecast area...with locally strong winds off the coast of Colombia and the Gulf of Honduras. Winds will diminish this weekend into early next week as high pressure north of the area weakens and retreats eastward.

For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:1. The next cold front will reach the NW Gulf of Mexico early Fri followed by strong N to NE winds. The front will reach from Florida Panhandle to near Veracruz, Mexico Sat morning...and S Florida to central Bay of Campeche Sun morning.
2. Moderate to fresh trades will continue across the Caribbean with locally strong winds in the Gulf of Honduras... then diminish over the central Caribbean Thu through Sat. Moderate to fresh trades over the tropical N Atlantic are expected to change little through Sun. Weak cold front to reach Yucatan Channel Sun evening.

For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:1. A stationary front extends from near Tampa west- southwestward to the central Gulf of Mexico...where the boundary becomes a dissipating stationary front southward to the Bay of Campeche, Mexico. A cold front should reach the NW Gulf of Mexico early on Saturday.
2. The pressure gradient between a 1025 MB Bermuda high and a 1006 MB Colombia low are producing generally moderate to fresh breeze conditions across the Caribbean with locally enhanced winds in the Gulf of Honduras. The Gulf of Honduras winds will on the other hand gradually increase to strong breeze conditions as high pressure builds over the SE United States.

A weak cold front will move off the Texas coast Sun afternoon...then move across the northern Gulf of Mexico through Mon night while weakening. The pressure gradient will strengthen between ridging NE of the area and troughing over the southern plains Tue through Wed night. A cold front will move into the NW waters late Thu.
2. A tight pressure gradient between an Atlantic ridge and low pressure over Colombia will maintain strong trades across the central Caribbean and portions of the Gulf of Honduras and Mona Passage through the weekend...except within 90 NM of the NW coast of Colombia where gale force winds will occur again tonight. Gentle to moderate trades will prevail elsewhere through Sun night. Trades across the area will diminish Mon through Wed as the pressure gradient weakens and begin to return Wed night into Thu.

A new cold front will move into the NW Gulf of Mexico early Sun merging with the old front...moving across the northern Gulf of Mexico through early next week.
2. A tight pressure gradient between an Atlantic ridge and low pressure over Colombia will maintain strong trades across the central Caribbean...and portions of the Gulf of Honduras and Mona Passage through the weekend.

1. A cold front over the far NW waters will stall from the Florida Big Bend to the E Bay of Campeche, Mexico Fri...then drift NW on Fri night and Sat. Strong to near gale northerly winds are expected along the coast of Mexico behind the front through this evening. A weaker cold front will move E into the NW Gulf of Mexico on Sun and stall across the SE waters on Mon night. Moderate to fresh winds will prevail in the vicinity of the front.
2. A tight pressure gradient between an Atlantic ridge and low pressure over Colombia will maintain strong trades across the central Caribbean through the weekend...except within 90 NM of the NW coast of Colombia where gale force winds will develop tonight and again on Fri and Sat nights. Gentle to moderate trades will prevail elsewhere through early next week.

2. A dissipating frontal boundary extends across the NW Caribbean from E Cuba to Honduras. Fresh to strong trade winds in the south-central Caribbean will persist through the weekend... with winds reaching gale force along the NW coast of Colombia during overnight hours tonight.
