Expect the weather conditions to remain unchanged for the next 24 to 48 hours. 
Again, there will be some sun with periods of rain. 
Winds will continue to be strong and from the NW to N: ranging in strength from
5 to 20 mph or higher. Waves will be 1 to 4 feet in height or higher. 
It will probably be Monday, at the earliest, before winds and seas resume their 
normal easterly pattern.
From this morning's water vapor (Fig 1) view, we can see the surface trough
still extends from Cuba to Gracias Adios and has become more active over
night. It continues to drift SE.

Elsewhere in the tropics
 
Overnight, subtropical depression 17 has become subtropical storm Otto. 
It does not pose a threat to us. Other tropical cyclone formation is not 
expected in the next 24 hours.

The air temperatures will be in the 70s (F) or 23 to 24 (C).

At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 85F to 87F or 29C to 30C. 
Surface temperatures are lower and vary greatly due to the heavy rainfall.
