Skies will be mostly sunny. Seas will be calm to choppy at 1 to 4 feet. Winds will be easterly in direction, at 10 mph or less this morning; increasing to 15 to 20 mph this afternoon and evening.
There is a very slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms, especially during the late night, early morning hours.
The air temperatures will range from the mid 70s (ºF) to the mid 80s (ºF) or 21ºC to 26ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 84°F to 86ºF or 28ºC to 29ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
A tropical wave over the central Caribbean will continue to move quickly west...and weaken in the Western Caribbean tonight through Thursday evening. A broad low pressure may form over the eastern Caribbean and eastern portion of the central Caribbean Friday and Saturday.
A cold front moving SE over the southern plains of the USA, will approach the Texas coast by late Thursday. It will reach from near Fort Myers, Florida to near Tampico, Mexico on Saturday.
There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic at this time.
Again the SAL, has changed slightly in area and density in the last 24 hours. See Figs. 9 and 9a.

Again today, skies will be partly sunny. Seas will be choppy to rough at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will be easterly in direction, at 12 to 15 mph this morning; increasing to 15 to 20 mph this afternoon and evening.
Divers should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives.
There is a chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms, especially during the late night, early morning hours.
The air temperatures will range from the mid 70s (ºF) to the mid 80s (ºF) or 21ºC to 26ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 84°F to 86ºF or 28ºC to 29ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
Again this morning,, satellite imagery shows, that a broken, layer of clouds remains over the the W. Caribbean Sea. This area includes the Bay Islands of Honduras. It is forecast to begin diffusing later today.
A vigorous tropical wave is moving W at 20 kts. It will reach the the Western Caribbean by tomorrow. A broad low pressure may form over the eastern Caribbean and eastern portion of the central
Caribbean Friday and Saturday.
A cold front moving SE over the southern plains of the USA, will approach the Texas coast by late Thursday.
There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic at this time.
The SAL, has changed slightly in area and density in the last 24 hours. See Figs. 9 and 9a.
