Again today, skies will be partly sunny, with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be calm at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be easterly at 5 to 10 mph today. Winds and seas will remain moderate through the early part of this week.

This Week's Weather Forecast

There is still a chance of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms, especially in the early morning, late evening hours.
A cold front moves off Texas coast early today. It will extend from SE Louisiana to Veracruz, Mexico this evening and from the Florida Panhandle to the Yucatan Peninsula on Monday. It will become stationary from Tampa Bay to the Yucatan Peninsula on Tuesday...then dissipate on Wednesday.
The air temperatures will range from the low 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 26ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 83 to 84ºF or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
Nadine is a hurricane and has strengthened slightly. It is moving N-NW in the Eastern Atlantic. It is no threat to land areas.
A tropical wave along 84W will drift W over NW Caribbean through tonight. It is nearly stationary because of an upper level low centered near 18N84W is spinning over it.

Again today, skies will be partly sunny, with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be calm at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be easterly at 1 to 10 mph today. Winds and seas will remain moderate through the weekend and early part of next week.
There is still a chance of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms, especially in the early morning, late evening hours.
A cold front will move off the Texas coast early Sunday morning and stretch from near New Orleans...  to Tampico, Mexico by Sunday evening....then from the western Florida Panhandle to the Bay of Campeche late Monday...then become stationary from the Florida Panhandle to Eastern Bay of Campeche Tuesday and Wednesday.
The air temperatures will range from the low 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 26ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 83 to 84ºF or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook

A tropical wave over Western Caribbean along 83W will slowly move westward through the remainder of the Western Caribbean through the weekend.

There is still a chance of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms, especially in the early morning, late evening hours.
A cold front will move off the Texas coast early Sunday morning and stretch from near New Orleans...  to Tampico, Mexico by Sunday evening....then from the western Florida Panhandle to the Bay of Campeche late Monday...then become stationary from the Florida Panhandle to Eastern Bay of Campeche Tuesday.
The air temperatures will range from the low 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 26ºC to 32ºC.

The Week End Weather Outlook
Winds and seas will remain moderate through the weekend. Skies will be partly sunny as the tropical wave passes over us today and tomorrow.
There will still be a chance of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms, especially in the early morning, late evening hours.

TS Nadine is almost a hurricane again. It is moving W-NW in the Eastern Atlantic. It is no threat to land areas.
A tropical wave from Jamaica to 11N x 79W,  is moving W at 10-15 Kt. The wave will move across the western portion of the Caribbean today and W of the area by Saturday.

Again today, skies will be partly sunny, with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be choppy to rough at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will be easterly at 10 to 20 mph today. Divers should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives. Winds and seas will moderate further tomorrow.
There is still a slight chance of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in the early morning, late evening hours.
A cold front will move off the Texas coast early Sunday morning and stretch from near New Orleans...  to Tampico, Mexico by Sunday evening....then from the western Florida Panhandle to the Bay of Campeche late Monday.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
TS Nadine has strengthen slightly and continues to moves W-SW in the Eastern Atlantic. It is no threat to land areas.
A tropical wave along 75W is moving W at 15 kt. The wave will pass 80W by Friday and move across the remainder of the Western Caribbean Friday night and Saturday.
