Today, skies will be partly sunny. Winds will be light and mostly easterly in direction at 5 mph to 10 mph or less. Seas will be calm at 1 to 2 feet. Expect the normal easterly trade winds to resume starting Saturday. There is a chance of intermittent rain as cool, high pressure air drifts in from the north
A stationary cold front in the Gulf of Mexico reaches from the Florida Straits to the eastern Bay of Campeche, Mexico. The front is stalled and dissipating.
Another cold front will move into the NW Gulf of Mexico late Sunday night...reaching from the Florida Panhandle to the Bay of Campeche, Mexico late Monday...and from Tampa Bay to the eastern Bay of Campeche Tuesday morning.
The air temperatures will range from the high 70s (ºF) to the mid 80s (ºF) or 24ºC to 26ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 77°F to 79°F or 23ºC to 24ºC. Visibility is 20 to 80 ft.
The SAL (Saharan Air Layer) has changed in area and in density. See Figs. 9 and 9a below.

Divers should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives.
