Expect clearer skies today. There is still a chance for rain showers. 
The frontal boundary which caused the rainfall yesterday; is now slightly 
SE of us and continues to dominate our weather.  
Winds will be from the north and variable, ranging in strength from 5 to 15 mph. 
Waves will be 1 to 4 feet in height. 
Later today, winds may shift to the NE.

Else where in the tropics
 
There are two areas of disturbed weather in the Atlantic Ocean. 
Both continue to move W to WNW at 10 to 15 mph. There is a now a 
50% chance, that the one located over the NE Caribbean Sea will become 
tropical cyclone in the next 48 hours. There is a low probability that this system 
could pose a threat to us, in the next day or two. 
All interests in the Bay Islands should monitor its progress, 
as it continues to move into waters more favorable for development.  
The second low pressure system located about 1000 miles east of the 
Windward Islands currently has a 0% chance of developing into a 
tropical cyclone in the next 48 hours.

The air temperatures will be in the 70s to mid 80s (F) or 24 - 27 (C).

Ocean water temperatures are about 85F to 87F or 29C to 30C.
