Skies will be mostly sunny. Winds will be easterly in direction at 10 mph to 30mph or higher. Seas will be  moderate to rough at 2 to 4 ft or higher.The air temperatures will range from the high 70sºF to the mid to high 80s ºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to 82°F or 26ºC to 27ºC.



The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:1. Gulf of Mexico - A low to mid level trough will persist across the NE and N central waters through mid-week accompanied by tstms. A trough will develop over the Yucatan during the late afternoon each day...moving offshore into the SW Gulf each night. Otherwise a ridge will meander from the SE Gulf to the NE Texas coast through the week.
2. Caribbean Sea - A tropical wave along the E Yucatan coast will move W of the area tonight. A tropical wave along 80W will reach the NW Caribbean and Central America late tonight. A third tropical wave E of area along 48W will reach along 55W on Tue... pass through the E Caribbean on Wed through Thu...then through the W Caribbean on Fri.
3. Disorganized cloudiness and showers located a few hundred miles northeast of the Bahamas are associated with a mid-level trough of low pressure. There are no signs of a surface circulation, and development of this system has become unlikely as the trough moves generally northward off of the coast of the southeastern United States.

4. Tropical Waves...
4a. Tropical wave in the east Tropical Atlantic extends from 19N29W to 11N26W moving west near 10 kt over the past 24 hours. Wave coincides with a well defined 700 mb trough as depicted in the global models and is within high amplitude surge of moisture as seen on the SSMI Total Precipitable Water imagery. No associated deep convection is noted.
4b. Tropical wave in the central Tropical Atlantic extends along 47W/48W from 10N-16N moving west near 15 kt over the past 24 hours. Wave coincides with a well defined 700 mb trough as depicted in the global models and is embedded within a low amplitude surge of moisture as seen on the SSMI Total Precipitable Water imagery. No associated deep convection is noted.
4c. Tropical wave in the central Caribbean extends along 79W/80W from 10N-22N moving west near 15 kt over the past 24 hours. Wave coincides with 700 mb trough as depicted in the global models and is embedded within a surge moisture as seen on the SSMI Total Precipitable Water imagery. No associated deep convection is noted.
4d. Tropical wave in the west Caribbean extends along 87W/88W south of 21N to inland over Central America moving west near 15 kt over the past 24 hours. Wave is embedded within an area of moisture as seen on the SSMI Total Precipitable Water imagery. No associated deep convection is noted.
