Skies will be mostly cloudy with an increasing chance of rain. Winds will be easterly in direction at 10 mph to 30mph or higher. Seas will be  moderate to rough at 2 to 4 ft or higher.



The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:1. Caribbean Sea - TS Earl will continue to move further away from the area with winds diminishing to 20 kt or less and seas subsiding to less than 8 ft across the NW Caribbean later this morning. A tropical wave over the E Caribbean will reach the central Caribbean tonight...the W Caribbean on Sat night... and move through the NW Caribbean on Sun night into Mon. A second tropical wave will reach along 55W later this morning and pass through the E Caribbean on Sat through Sun.
2. Tropical Waves...
2.1 A tropical wave was introduced inland over Africa.
2.2 Tropical wave in the west Tropical Atlantic extends from 19N49W to 8N51W moving west near 20 kt over the past 24 hours. Wave coincides with a well defined 700 mb trough as depicted in the global models and is embedded within a surge of moisture as seen on the SSMI Total Precipitable Water imagery. Scattered moderate to isolated strong convection is within 45 nm of line from 16N50W to 17N52W.
2.3 Tropical wave in the east Caribbean extends along 62W from 11N- 21N moving west 15 to 20 kt over the past 24 hours. Wave is trailing a 700 mb trough as depicted in the global models and is embedded within a surge of moisture as seen on the SSMI Total Precipitable Water imagery. Wave is along the western edge of an upper ridge enhancing any shower activity.
All interests in the Bay Islands and on the North Coast of Honduras should monitor this system closely as it tracks westward toward us. Currently this system  does not pose a threat to the Bay Islands and north coast of Honduras. But all interests here should monitor this system as it moves west towards us.
