TS Isaac is moving slowly north over Louisiana. Isaac continues to weaken over land but still is producing heavy rains and severe weather...water levels remain high along the northern gulf coast of the USA.
TS Kirk remains in the central Atlantic Ocean . It is not be a threat to land. The tropical wave, Invest 98L, located off Africa at 13.9N, 41.3W  now has a 90% chance of reaching TS strength later today.
