Skies will be mostly sunny, with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be calm to moderate at 1 to 4 feet. Winds will be light to moderate. They will be variable in both strength and direction from WSW to  WNW at 10 mph to 15 mph or less.
The air temperatures will range from the low 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 26ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 82 to 83ºF or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.












The Tropical Weather Outlook
At 5 am EDT, TS Isaac was located near 23.1N 79W moving NW at 18 mph. This position is about 850 miles NE of  Roatan. Maximum sustained winds were 65 mph. Minimum central pressure was 995mb.  The approximate Closest Point of Approach (CPA) is located near 24.2N, 80.6W or about 658.2 miles (1059.3 km) from Roatan. The estimated time of when the center of the storm will be at that location is Sunday, August 26 at 7:42PM  EDT.
Else where 97L is in the far Atlantic at 17.3N, 37W and is forecast to become a TS. It should not be a threat to us. The next tropical wave is coming off Africa. It is forecast to reach the Caribbean somewhere around Labor Day.
