Skies
will be partly sunny, with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be
choppy at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will be moderate to strong. They will be
from ESE to E at 10 to 25 mph. There is still a chance for
scattered, isolated showers and thunderstorms.

to the low 90s (ºF)

to 32ºC.

Tropical Weather Outlook
Hurricane
Isaac is moving slowly over Louisiana.
Invest
97L in the central Atlantic is now TS Kirk . It is not be a threat to
land. The tropical wave, Invest 98L, located off Africa at 11.9N,
32.7W now has a 40% chance of reaching TS strength in the next 48
hours. Interests in the Bay Islands and on the north coast of
Honduras should monitor this system as it continues to develop and
moves west.
