This weather forecast is intended for CoCoView Resort guests and applies only to the south side of Roatan

Skies will be partly cloudy, with mid to high level clouds.  Seas will be rough at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will range in strength from moderate to strong. They will vary in direction from the ESE to ENE at 10 to 25mph. There is a slight chance of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms, as a tropical wave passes along 84º/85ºW.
Divers should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats.
Divers should look for signs of coral spawning, since full moon was on August 2nd.
The air temperatures will range from the low 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 26ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 82 to 83ºF or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

















The Tropical Weather Outlook
Invest 92L is now TD7. At 5am AST, it was located at 13.6N, 47.2W or about 2625 miles east of  Roatan.  It is moving west or 270º at 20 mph. Maximum sustained winds are 35mph. Minimum pressure is 1009 mb.
TD7 is on a path very similar to Ernesto's.
The extrapolated closest point (X-CPA) is estimated at 18.5N, 86.1W or about 148.7 miles (239.2 km) from CoCoView. It may be there by next Thursday, August 16, 2012. Be aware that this location is not part of the official forecast and is prone to large errors.
Invest 93L is located at 15.5N  18.8W.Maximum winds are 30mph. Minimum pressure is 1004 mb.
All interests in the Bay Islands should continue to monitor these systems as they develop and track west towards us.

Recent Earthquake Activity
Yesterday, 120809, around 8:20am there was a magnitude 4.2 tremor. The epicenter was located at 16.71N, 86.27W or  27.79 miles NE of CoCoView.
