Skies will be partly sunny. Winds will be light and mostly westerly in direction at 5 mph to 15 mph or less. Seas will be  moderate to calm at 1 to 3 ft. or less.  There is a very slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.The air temperatures will range from the high 70sºF to the mid to high 80s ºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to 82°F or 26ºC to 27ºC.




The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. Gulf of Mexico - High pressure N of the area will support moderate to fresh NE to E winds over the central and E basin through Sat night. Fresh NW winds will continue along the coast of Veracruz, Mexico through tonight. A surface trough over the W Gulf near 93W will slowly drift westward and reach S Texas and NE Mexico Tue night.
2. Caribbean Sea - A tropical wave in the SW Caribbean will move into Central America Tue. Another wave crossing the E Caribbean will reach the central Caribbean Tue and W Caribbean Thu. A third wave over the central Atlc will be near the Lesser Antilles Wed night.
3....SPECIAL FEATURES...
3a. Tropical Storm Nicole is centered near 26.9N 65.8W at 11/0600 UTC or about 330 nm S of Bermuda moving NW at 3 kt. Estimated minimum central pressure is 992 mb. Maximum sustained wind speed is 50 kt with gusts to 60 kt. Scattered moderate convection is from 24N- 28N between 63W-68W. Widely scattered moderate convection is elsewhere from 22N-30N between 56W-69W.
