Again, today, skies will be partly sunny. Seas will be choppy to rough at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will be ESE to E in direction, this morning, at 10 to 15 mph; increasing this afternoon and evening to 20 mph. In the afternoon, winds will be E to ENE in direction. Winds and seas will be moderate to calm for the rest of this week. Divers should continue to exercise caution exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives.
The air temperatures will range from the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 82°F to 84ºF or 27ºC to 28ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
Tropical wave, 95L became a TD6 yesterday afternoon. It was upgraded to TS Fernand around 7 pm last night. It has gone ashore on the Mexican coast and is expected to dissipate in the next 24 to 48 hours. It is of no danger to us.
A tropical wave along 74W will move W across the SW Caribbean tonight through Tuesday and into Central America Tuesday night. The next tropical wave will enter tropical N Atlantic waters late Wednesday afternoon and move into the E Caribbean Thursday.
The SAL has again increased slightly in density and decreased a small amount in area. See Figs. 9 and 9a.
