This weather forecast is intended for CoCoView Resort guests and applies only to the south side of Roatan

Today, skies will be partly cloudy. Seas will be choppy to rough at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will be fresh and E to ESE in direction, this morning, at 15 mph to 20 mph; increasing this afternoon and evening to 20 mph to 30 mph. In the afternoon, winds will be ENE to E in direction. Expect these winds and seas through tomorrow.
There is a very slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Divers should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives.
The air temperatures will range from the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 82°F to 84ºF or 27ºC to 28ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
Dorian has regenerated into a tropical depression east of Florida. It is moving N at 5 Kt. It poses no danger to the Bay Islands or north coast of Honduras.
A weak trough will approach the Leeward Islands Monday night and Tuesday ...moving into the far eastern Caribbean Wednesday.
Else where, tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 48 hours.
The SAL continues to elongated and increase in the area covered. But it has decreased overall in density. It now reaches from Africa across the Atlantic to Haiti and Santo Domingo. See Figs 9 and 9a.
