The title of each of the figures below is linked to the page where the information originates.
Since I write and post early in the day and generally do not update the page until the next morning; by clicking on the link, it allows you, the viewer, to get the latest information.
This is not only convenient but allows you to track weather events such as cold fronts and hurricanes from a single web page.
In addition, in the right column is a very useful widget. It is a trip planner...yesteryear's weather at a glance. This widget lets you check historic weather for your trip dates.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
The low pressure system 92L, in the Gulf of Mexico, has dissipated into a broad trough and has 0% chance for further development in the the next 48 hours.
A tropical wave along 75W will continue westward becoming diffuse over the W Caribbean on Sunday. Another tropical wave along 59W will pass through the E Caribbean Sunday and Monday...and across the central Caribbean Tuesday through Thursday.
Early this morning, tropical storm Erin was centered at 20.7N by 38.4W. It is of no immediate danger to the Bay Islands and the north coast of Honduras and is forecast to become a remnant low in a couple of days. But interests here should begin to track a large tropical wave, 94L, which is emerging off of the west coast of Africa, several hundred miles southeast of the Cape Verde Islands. Although shower and thunderstorm activity is limited at this time...environmental conditions are expected to be at least marginally favorable for development to occur during the next several days, as the disturbance moves westward over the tropical Atlantic. This system has a low chance...10 percent...of becoming a tropical
cyclone during the next 48 hours...and a medium chance...30 percent...of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 5 days.
The SAL has increased slightly in size. Its density has again increased slightly near the African coast. See Figs. 9 and 9a.
