Again, today, skies will be partly cloudy. Seas will be calm at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be light and ESE in direction, this morning, at 2 mph to 5 mph or less; increasing this afternoon and evening to 8 mph to 15 mph. In the afternoon, winds will be ENE to NE in direction. Winds and seas will continue to be moderate through Friday.
There is a slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms, especially early in the morning or late at night.
The air temperatures will range from the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 82°F to 84ºF or 27ºC to 28ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
A weak low pressure system is producing a small area of cloudiness and showers over the southeastern Caribbean Sea. Environmental conditions are not conducive for development while the low moves
westward at 10 to 15 mph during the next several days. This system has a low chance...10 percent...of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours...and a low chance...10 percent...of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 5 days.
A tropical wave along 74W will move through the W Caribbean through the end of the week. A trailing trough along 65W with 1009 mb low pres near 13N65W will move westward reaching the central Caribbean Friday...and the W Caribbean Saturday. The next tropical wave will approach the tropical N Atlantic early next week.
Overnight, the SAL has increased slightly in terms of area covered and density.
