9pm update for TS Matthew

At 9pm LT, Matthew was centered at 15.2N x 85W or about 125 miles 
ESE of Roatan.
Maximum Sustained winds are 50mph.
Present movement is WNW or 285 degrees at 15mph.
Minimum central pressure is 998 millibars or 29.47
inches of mercury.
 
TS Matthew has begun a gradual turn to the north. It may emerge
off the north coast sooner than expected. It could reform and 
intensify during the late night and early morning hours. 
See Fig 2 below.
All residents of the Bay Islands, especially those living on the
north side of the islands, should continue to monitor Matthew's
progress closely.
Tonight tropical storm force winds are possible within 150nm NE 
quadrant, 120nm NW and 60nm SE quadrants. Seas of 12 ft or 
greater are possible within 150nm NE and 130nm NW quadrants. 
Highest seas are 16 ft. 
Expect numerous squalls and thunderstorms.
