1630 LT, Wed. Sept 22, 2010 _Update on tropical wave 95L

At noon today, the center of 95L was located at 12.6 N Lat x 71.3 W Long. or
1047 miles south of east of Roatan. From this point onward, 95L will be over very
warm, open ocean. Conditions are very favorable for further development and
intensification.
The NHC gives 95L a 60% chance of becoming a tropical cyclone in the
next 48 hours. It has the potential to become a tropical depression later tonight or tomorrow.
At noon today, it had winds of 30 mph and was travelling westward at 20 mph.
