At 3am LT, Matthew was centered at 15.7N x 86.3W or about 43 miles
S of Roatan.Maximum Sustained winds are 50mph, with higher gusts.
Present movement is WNW or 285 degrees at 15mph.Minimum central
pressure is 998 millibars or 29.47inches of mercury.
Matthew will move into the Gulf of Honduras this morning.
Then on to land in Belize. A slight strengthening is possible.
Tropical storm force winds extend outward 175 miles, mainly to
the north of the center. Seas to 12 feet or greater.
All residents of the Bay Islands,especially those living on
the north side of the islands,should continue to monitor
Matthew's progress closely.
