Early this morning, the strong cold front which pushed into the Gulf of Mexico yesterday, stretches from Florida to the Bay of Campeche, Mexico.

Part of it, will continue to slowly move SE, entering the NW Caribbean Sea on Saturday. Winds and seas should begin to diminish by late Thursday. This cold front will dominate our weather through the weekend.

Again, today, expect skies to be mostly sunny with a few high level clouds. Wind will be mostly E to SE at 15 to 20 mph. The seas will be 2 to 4 feet. Occasionally, wind and seas may be higher. These conditions will prevail through Thursday.

The air temperatures will be in the low 70s (F) to the low 80s or 24 to 25 (C).
At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 76F to77F or 25C or lower.
