Skies will be mostly cloudy. There is a very slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms, especially during the early morning, late night hours. Winds will be moderate and easterly in direction at 10 mph to 25 mph or less. Seas will be  moderate to calm at 2 to 4 ft. or higher. The air temperatures will range from the high 70sºF to the mid to high 80s ºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to 82°F or 26ºC to 27ºC.




The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:1. Gulf of Mexico - Weak high pressure will prevail over the N central Gulf this weekend. An early season cold front will approach the NW Gulf early next week.
2. Caribbean Sea - High pressure will rebuild SW of Karl over the SW N Atlantic this weekend as Karl accelerates away from the region...resulting in an increase in trades over the central Caribbean. NE to E swell associated with Karl will impact the Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages through today. A strong tropical wave may bring increasing winds and seas to Atlanticc waters by Tue.
3. ...Special Features...
3a. Tropical Storm Karl is centered near 28.1N 64.8W at 23/1200 UTC or about 250 nm S of Bermuda moving NNW at 8 kt. Estimated minimum central pressure is 992 mb. Maximum sustained wind speed is 50 kt with gusts to 60 kt. Scattered moderate and isolated strong convection is from 27N-32N between 59W-67W.
3b. Tropical Storm Lisa is centered near 21.8N 35.7W at 23/0900 UTC or about 745 nm WNW of the Cape Verde Islands and about 1070 nm SSW of the Azores moving NW at 8 kt. Estimated minimum central pressure is 1008 mb. Maximum sustained wind speed is 35 kt with gusts to 45 kt. Scattered moderate convection is from 22N-26N between 29W-36W.
4 ...Tropical Waves...
4a. Tropical wave extends from 10N91W to 19N90W moving W at 15 kt. The wave remains within broad 700 mb troughing over portions of Central America between 88W-94W. Scattered moderate and isolated strong convection is from 12N-17N between 88W-95W. Widely scattered moderate convection is elsewhere from 14N-20N between 81W-89W.
