Again, today, skies will be partly sunny. Seas will be calm to moderate at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be easterly in direction, this morning, at 5 mph or less; increasing this afternoon and evening to 10 mph. In the afternoon, winds initially will be light, variable in direction. Later tonight, they will be mostly easterly in direction. Expect winds and seas to increase slightly in strength beginning tomorrow.
There is a slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms.
The air temperatures will range from the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 82°F to 84ºF or 27ºC to 28ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
Invest 91L is now Tropical Storm Humberto. It is about 140 miles SE of the Cape Verde Islands. It is moving W at 12 mph. This morning, it was located at 13.4N x 22.8W or 4300 miles E of us.. It is forecast to turn NW and intensify into a hurricane, in the next day or so. Interests here should monitor this system as it develops.
The SAL, has increased slightly in density and area. See Figs. 9 and 9a.
