Again, today, skies will be partly sunny. Seas will be calm to moderate at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be SE in direction, this morning, at 5 mph to 10 mph; increasing this afternoon to 5 mph to 10 mph. They will strengthen this evening to 10 mph to 20 mph. Gentle to moderate winds are now forecast through Friday.
There is a slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms as a tropical wave continues to pass slowly over us today.
The air temperatures will range from the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 84°F to 86ºF or 28ºC to 29ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
The tropical wave in the W Caribbean has been designated Invested 93L. It is centered about a 155 mi. NW of us. It should move over land later today, cross the Yucatan Peninsula and emerge in the Gulf of Mexico. Once there, it has a medium to high chance of developing into a tropical cyclone in the next 5 days
TS Gabrielle is over Bermuda.
Humberto is now a Cat 1 hurricane. Maximum sustained winds are 75 mph and it is moving NNW at 8 mph. This morning, it was located at 16.0N x 28.9W or about 3800 miles E of us.
Interests here should monitor these systems as they continue to develop.
The SAL, has decreased slightly in density and area. See Figs. 9 and 9a.
