Again, today, skies will be partly sunny. Seas will be calm to moderate at 1 to 4 feet. Winds will be variable in direction, this morning, at 5 mph or less; increasing this afternoon and evening to 10 mph to 20 mph from the E. Gentle to moderate winds are now forecast through most of this week.
There is a chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms.
The air temperatures will range from the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 84°F to 86ºF or 28ºC to 29ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
Ingrid is a Cat 1 hurricane. It is in the Gulf of Mexico, moving NW and is expected to make landfall on the east coast of Mexico today.
Humberto is now a post tropical system in the tropical Atlantic. It has a high chance, 80% of reforming into a tropical cyclone in the next 2 to 5 days.
The SAL, has increased slightly in area and decreased in density. See Figs. 9 and 9a.
