Again, today, skies will be partly sunny. Seas will be calm to moderate at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be easterly in direction, this morning, at 5 mph to 10 mph; decreasing this afternoon to 5 mph or less. They will strengthen this evening to 10 mph. Gentle to moderate winds are now forecast through Friday.
There is a slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms as a tropical wave passes over us today.
The air temperatures will range from the mid 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 84°F to 86ºF or 28ºC to 29ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
Gabrielle has reformed and is headed for Bermuda as a tropical storm.
TS Humberto continues to strengthen and is forecast to become a hurricane later today. Maximum sustained winds are 65 mph. It is moving WNW at 12 mph. This morning, it was located at 14.4N x 26.6W or about 4000 miles E of us.. Interests here should monitor this system as it continues to develop.
The SAL, has again increased slightly in density and area. See Figs. 9 and 9a.
