Skies will be mostly cloudy. Winds will be easterly in direction at 5 mph to 15 mph or less. Seas will be  calm to moderate  at 1 ft to 4 ft.  There is a slight chance of rain.
The air temperatures will range from the high 70sºF to the mid to high 80s ºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to 82°F or 26ºC to 27ºC.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:1. Tropical Storm Colin near 25.2N 87.2W at 5 AM EDT moving NNE at 12 kt. Maximum sustained winds 45 kt gusts 55 kt. Colin will move to 27.6N 85.8W this aternoon and inland near 30.7N 81.9W early Tue as it accelerates NE of the basin. Winds and seas will quickly diminish across the E Gulf of Mexico Tue and Wed.
2. Strong southerly winds in the NW Caribbean W of 83W associated with TS Colin in the Gulf of Mexico will gradually diminish today. Fresh to occasionally strong winds are expected in the south central Caribbean near Colombia and Venezuela until Mon night and then again late in the week.
