Skies will be partly sunny. Winds will be easterly in direction at 10 mph to 25 mph or higher. Seas will be  moderate to rough  at 2 ft to 4 ft or higher. Divers should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats and CCV Front Yard, especially on the afternoon and night dives.
The air temperatures will range from the high 70sºF to the mid to high 80s ºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to 82°F or 26ºC to 27ºC.



The Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. Tropical depression Four near 20.2N 95.9W 1009 mb at 20/0900Z moving W or 275 degrees at 6 kt with maximum sustained winds 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt. The depression is forecast to reach minimal tropical storm force by early this afternoon near 20.2N 96.8W with maximum winds 35 kt gusts 45 kt before moving inland the coast of Mexico and weakens. Associated winds and seas will subside late tonight into Tue. Otherwise... high pressure from the SW N Atlantic will build SW across the E Gulf of Mexico Mon and Mon night...then become oriented E to W over the N Gulf Tue. through Fri.
2. A tropical wave along 70W will move across the rest of the E Caribbean this morning...across the central Caribbean through tonight...and across the W Caribbean Tue through Thu. A second and active tropical wave with axis along 65/66W will move across the E Caribbean through tonight...and across the remainder of the sea Tue through Thu. Strong trades will expand in coverage across the central and E Caribbean waters into Wed as central Atlantic high pressure builds SW. The strong trades will gradually shift westward across the basin through Thu. Fresh to strong trades across the Gulf of Honduras and N to 18W will diminish this afternoon.
