Again today, skies will be partly sunny, with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be choppy to rough at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will be moderate to strong from the W to WNW in direction at 15 to 20 mph.
Divers should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives.
There is a slight chance of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in the early morning, late evening hours.
A cold front reaches from near Fort Myers, Florida to Corpus Christi, Texas. It is expected to stall and gradually dissipate later today. A stronger front will move off the Texas coast early Thursday and reach from Cedar Key, Florida to north of Tampico, Mexico by Friday morning.
The air temperatures will range from the low 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 26ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 83 to 84ºF or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.












The Tropical Weather Outlook
Rafael  is a hurricane and headed for Bermuda.
Elsewhere, tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 48 hours.
