Skies will be partly sunny, with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be choppy at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will range in strength from gentle during the day to fresh this evening. They will be from the ESE to ENE at 10 to 15 mph.

















The air temperatures will range from the low 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 26ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 82 to 83ºF or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.

The Tropical Weather Outlook
A weak area of low pressure associated with a tropical wave located about 1100 miles west-southwest of the Cape Verde Islands has been designated 99L. Environmental conditions appear conducive for some gradual development over the next few days and this system now has a low chance, 20 percent, of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours, as it moves westward at 10 to 15 mph. This system does not currently pose a threat to the Bay Islands and North Coast of Honduras.

A tropical wave extends from 17N84W in the W Caribbean to over Central America, to beyond 13N85W. It is moving west at 20-25 kt.
This wave will continue to track west moving out of the basin by early Wednesday. An E Caribbean tropical wave will pass through Central Caribbean Tuesday and through the W Caribbean Wednesday through Friday.
Elsewhere, tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 48 hours.
