Thursday, November 12, 2015Skies will be partly cloudy with a chance of rain. Winds will be easterly in direction at 10 mph to 15 mph. Seas will be moderate to choppy  at 2 ft to 4 ft.
The air temperatures will range from the low to high 80sºF or 26°C to 27ºC. Ocean water temperatures are 84°F to 87°F or 29ºC to 31ºC.



The Tropical Weather Outlook1. A stationary front extending from SW Florida to near 22N87W will gradually dissipate through Thu. Another cold front will move off the Texas coast early Thu...reach from central Florida to 25N97W to 19N94W Fri...then begin to stall and weaken from the Florida Keys to 24N96W Sat through Sun. Strong high pressure behind the front will produce fresh to strong winds north of the boundary Fri night through Sun.
2. A tropical wave will move across the Gulf of Honduras through tonight. A second tropical wave between Hispaniola and NE Colombia will move across the SW Caribbean through Fri. High pressure N of the area will maintain fresh to strong trade across mainly the S central Caribbean through early next week. A cold front will stall across the northern Yucatan late Sat into Sun with strong high pressure N of front inducing fresh to occasional strong NE tradewinds across the NW Caribbean.
3. Kate, is a post tropical cyclone. Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

 

 4. The SAL has changed slightly in area and density.
