will be partly cloudy. Winds will be moderate and easterly in
direction at 5 mph to 15 mph this morning; increasing to 15 mph to 25
mph this afternoon and evening. Seas will be calm to choppy at 1 ft
to 4 ft.

Tropical Weather Outlook
For the North
Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
1. Synopsis...A tropical wave
along 80W will move through the W Caribbean through Sun evening. A
vigorous tropical wave...the remnants of tropical cyclone Grace...is
over the E Caribbean along 66W. The wave will be accompanied by
gusty winds as it passes through Puerto Rico today. The wave will
reach the Windward Passage Sun night and weaken as it moves through
Cuba Mon through Wed. A third tropical wave will move into the
tropical N Atlantic by Sun night and reach the E Caribbean by Tue.
2. The SAL has increased
slightly in area and density.
