Today, skies will be mostly sunny. Seas will be choppy to rough at 2 to 4 feet or higher. Winds will be mostly easterly in direction, this morning, at 12 mph to 15 mph; increasing this afternoon to 20 mph to 25 mph. Divers should exercise caution exiting and entering the boats, especially on the afternoon dives. There is a very slight chance of intermittent rain showers.
The air temperatures will range from the low 80s (ºF) to the low 90s (ºF) or 25ºC to 32ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 81°F to 82ºF or 26ºC to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.












The Tropical Weather Outlook
A strong tropical wave located about 1400 miles east-southeast of the Windward Islands is moving westward at about 25 mph. although the shower and thunderstorm activity continues to show signs of organization...there is no evidence of a closed surface circulation at this time. Environmental conditions are expected to be conducive for some development of this system...and it has a medium chance...40 percent...of becoming a tropical cyclone during the next 48 hours. It has been designated Invest 95L.
The Saharan Air Layer (SAL) has decreased slightly in area during the last 24 hours.
Else where, tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 48 hours.
