Today, skies will be mostly cloudy. Seas will be moderate at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be NW in direction at 15 mph to 20 mph or higher.
A cold front across the Gulf of Mexico this morning, will move SE into the NW Caribbean late this afternoon and evening...and gradually shift SE and dissipate over the NW waters through Sunday.
Strong trade winds will return to the Gulf of Honduras late Monday.
Expect increasing cloudiness, intermittent rain and cooler, strong north winds ahead of and behind this front. With wind chill, it will feel like the mid 60s F, especially when exiting the water.
The air temperatures will range from the high 70s (ºF) to the high 80s (ºF) or 25ºC to 31ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 77 to 79ºF or 25 to 26ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
