How to use this page:
The title of each of the figures below is linked to the page where the information originates.
Since I write and post early in the day and generally do not update the page until the next morning; by clicking on the link, it allows you, the viewer, to get the latest information.
This is not only convenient but allows you to track weather events such as cold fronts and hurricanes from a single web page.
In addition, in the right column are two very useful widgets. The first is a tropical weather tracker which shows you the location and forecast track of active tropical storm systems.
The second is a trip planner...yesteryear's weather at a glance. This widget lets you check historic weather for your trip dates.

Friday Jan. 25, 2013
Again today, skies will be mostly cloudy with intermittent scattered showers . Seas will be moderate to calm at 1 to 4 feet. Winds will be mostly northerly in direction at 10 mph or less.
Expect the skies to be partly cloudy through Saturday. Cold, cool air continues to push down from the north, maintaining a relatively stationary frontal boundary/shear line from eastern Honduras, across central Cuba, out into the Atlantic ocean. It has intensified and become better defined in the last 24 hours. (See Fig. 9) This frontal boundary should begin to breakdown and dissipate late Saturday through Sunday. (See Fig. 13) Expect moderate to strong easterly trade winds Monday through Wednesday of next week.
The air temperatures will range from the high 60s (ºF) to the high 70s (ºF) or 18ºC to 21ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 78 to 79ºF or 25 to 26ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet or less.
