Today, skies will be mostly sunny with some high level cloudiness. Winds will be light and variable at 5 to 10 mph or less. They will be mostly northwesterly in direction. The seas will be 1 to 3 feet in height or less. There is a very slight chance of light, intermittent, early morning and late evening squalls. The developing low pressure area, centered about a 500 miles E of us, will continue to dominate our weather through the weekend and next week
The air temperatures will be in the 80s to low 90s (F) or 27 to 30 (C).
At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 82F to 84F or 28C to 29C . Visibility is generally 60 to 80 feet.

 The Tropical Weather Outlook
The 1008 mb low pressure system located near 16N by 78W remains nearly stationary. There now is a 30% chance of this system becoming a tropical cyclone in the next 48 hours.
All interests in the Bay Islands and on the North Coast of Honduras should continue to monitor the progress of this system as it develops.
