The Tropical Weather Outlook
This morning, the center of the 1007 mb low pressure system, 94L, was located near 18.1N by 81.7.W. This position is about 350 miles ENE of us. It continues to move slowly NW at 5 knots, with maximum sustained winds of 25 mph.

There now is a 30% chance of this system becoming a tropical cyclone in the next 24 hours. Conditions are less favorable for further development. Again today, Hurricane Hunter aircraft is scheduled to investigate 94L this afternoon. The flights have been canceled, the last two days.
All interests in the Bay Islands and on the North Coast of Honduras should continue to monitor the progress of this system as it develops.
