The Tropical Weather Outlook
This morning, the center of the 1007 mb low pressure system, 94L, was located near 17N by 82.W. This position is 175 miles south of Grand Cayman or about 380 miles north of east of us. It continues to move slowly NW at 5 kts.., with maximum sustained winds of 25 mph. There is a 40% chance of this system becoming a tropical cyclone in the next 24 hours.
