This morning, a frontal trough remains over us. Again, skies will be mostly cloudy with a very slight chance of rain. Today, winds will be easterly in direction at l0 to 15 mph. Late this afternoon and tonight, they will increase to 30 mph. The seas will be choppy and 2 to 4 feet in height.
The next cold front will move off the Texas coast late Monday. It will stall and dissipate in the SE Gulf of Mexico late Tuesday and Wednesday
Expect strong winds and high seas to prevail through early Tuesday. The trade winds will be moderate to strong for most of this week The seas will occasionally be rough.
 Today is the 1st quarter of the new moon.

The air temperatures will range from the high 70s (F) to the mid to high 80s or 26 to 27 (C).
At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 80F or 26C . Visibility is generally 60 to 80 feet.
