Skies will be partly sunny with high level cloudiness. Showers and squalls will be intermittent. Strong, cool, north winds continue to prevail and dominate our weather. A weak cold front will move off the Texas coast Saturday.
Today winds will be NE to ENE at 10 to 15 mph. Waves will be 1 to 4 feet in height.

Else where in the tropics, the area of low pressure mentioned yesterday, now is over Puerto Rico, the Virgin islands and the northern Leeward islands. It is moving north at 10mph.It is still given a 10% chance of developing into a tropical cyclone in the next 48 hours, even though conditions are becoming more unfavorable for further development.

The air temperatures will be in the low 70s (F) to the low 80s or 24 to 25 (C).

At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 81F to 82F or 26C to 27C.
