Skies will be partly cloudy. Winds will be N to NNE in direction at 5 mph to 10 mph or less during the day; becoming E to ENE this afternoon and evening at 5 mph to 20 mph. Seas will be moderate to calm at 1 to 3 feet.
A weak warm front from SE Cuba to eastern Honduras will drift NW through early Saturday. There is a slight chance of scattered rain showers and isolated thunderstorms, especially during the early morning, late night hours.
The next cold front will move into the NW Gulf of Mexico on Monday. Strong north winds are now forecast to be behind this front.
The air temperatures will range from the high 70s (ºF) to the mid 80s (ºF) or 24ºC to 26ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 80°F to 82°F or 24ºC to 25ºC. Visibility is 20 to 80 ft.
 The SAL (Saharan Air Layer) has changed in area and in density. See Figs. 16 and 17 below.
