Since I write and post early in the day and generally do not update the page until the next morning; by clicking on the link, it allows you, the viewer, to get the latest information.

Today, skies will be partly cloudy. Seas will be calm at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be light and variable in direction at 5 to 10 mph or less. These winds and seas will continue through tomorrow. There is a very slight chance of intermittent rain showers.
This morning, there is a cold front from the western Florida Panhandle to near Tampico, Mexico. It will extend from S Florida to the Yucatan Peninsula this evening and will be east of the area tonight. This weakening cold front will move into NW Caribbean Thursday. Another cold front will move off the Texas coast late Friday and extend from the Florida Panhandle to the central Bay of Campeche, Mexico Saturday morning and across the Straits of Florida and the far SE Gulf of Mexico by Saturday night.
The air temperatures will range from the low 70s (ºF) to the low 80s (ºF) or 21ºC to 26ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 79 to 80ºF or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
