Since I write and post early in the day and generally do not update the page until the next morning; by clicking on the link, it allows you, the viewer, to get the latest information.

Again today, skies will be partly cloudy. Seas will be calm to moderate at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be mostly easterly, but light, and variable in direction at 2 to 10 mph.
This morning, the cold front in the Gulf of Mexico, is stationary from Tampa Bay to the Bay of Campeche, Mexico. The front will reach from SW Florida to Yucatan Peninsula by later today. Then become diffuse and dissipate across the Straits of Florida and the NW Caribbean Sea on Friday.
Rain and thunderstorms are occurring, along and behind the front.
Today, as the front drifts SE towards us, cloudiness and the chance of rain will increase.
The next cold front will move into the Gulf of Mexico on Monday.
Moderate winds and seas will prevail through most of next week.
The air temperatures will range from the low 70s (ºF) to the low 80s (ºF) or 22ºC to 26ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 80to 82ºF or 24 to 25ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
