Skies will be mostly sunny with some mid to high level cloudiness. Winds will be extremely light and variable at 10 mph or less. The seas will be 1 to 3 feet in height or less. Scattered isolated showers are possible later today and tomorrow. Expect these wind and sea conditions to prevail through the weekend. Because of these weather conditions, expect it to be hot, muggy and buggy for the forecast period.

This morning, a cold front extends from Florida Keys to the far eastern Bay of Campeche, Mexico. This front is still forecast to continue drifting slowly SE and dissipating through Thursday.

Another weak cold front will move off the Texas coast on Saturday afternoon and reach from Florida Big Bend to the central Bay of Campeche, Mexico by late Sunday.

The air temperatures will be in the high 70s (F) to the high 80s or 24 to 27 (C).
At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 80F or 26C .
