Today skies will be mostly sunny with some mid to high level cloudiness. Winds will be light and variable at 10 mph or less. The seas will be 1 to 3 feet in height.

Expect these wind and sea conditions to hold through late Monday. They, then will resume their normal, stronger easterly trade wind pattern on Tuesday.
Early this morning, the cold front which moved off the Texas coast yesterday, reaches from the Florida Panhandle to the western Bay of Campeche, Mexico. It continues to move SE.

 Still another cold front will enter the Gulf of Mexico on Wednesday and reach the Yucatan peninsula by late Thursday. High pressure will build behind these fronts and dominate our weather this week.

Our weather this week should be mostly sunny and fair with calm to moderate winds and seas.

The air temperatures will be in the high 70s (F) to the high 80s or 24 to 27 (C).

At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 80F or 26C .
