Since I write and post early in the day and generally do not update the page until the next morning; by clicking on the link, it allows you, the viewer, to get the latest information.

Today, skies will be partly cloudy with intermittent scattered showers. Seas will be choppy at 2 to 4 feet. Winds will be ENE to N in direction at 5 mph to 15 mph.

This morning, a cold front extending from the Florida Big Bend to near Veracruz, Mexico will sweep SE of the Gulf of Mexico tonight. This cold front will push through the Yucatan Channel tonight...and sag S through the NW Caribbean waters...reaching from eastern Cuba to Belize by late Thursday...stalling from Haiti to N central Honduras Friday...and becoming diffuse on Saturday.

Another front is expected to move off the Texas coast by late Sunday.

The air temperatures will range from the mid 70s (ºF) to the low 80s (ºF) or 21ºC to 26ºC.

Ocean water temperatures are 78 to 79ºF or 25 to 26ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
