Today, skies will be sunny, with high level cloudiness. Winds will continue to be strong and from the north at 15 to 20 mph and higher. The seas will be 1 to 4 feet or higher. There will be scattered showers.
The cold front continues to move south. As high pressure builds behind the front, winds and seas will diminish.
A weak cold front will enter the Gulf of Mexico on Thursday. It will be overtaken on Friday by a second stronger front. This reinforced system will enter the NW Caribbean Sea on Saturday.

The air temperatures will be in the low 70s (F) to the low 80s or 24 to 25 (C).

At depth, ocean water temperatures are about 80F or 25C .
