1. Synopsis...A broad low level trough across the central Caribbean will be accompanied by active weather across the W central waters tonight and NW waters on Wed. A tropical wave over the E Caribbean will continue to move W across the Caribbean waters through Fri. Fresh to occasionally strong trade winds are expected to pulse in the south-central Caribbean each night through Fri...while gentle to moderate trade winds prevail elsewhere through Sun.
2. There are no tropical cyclones in the Atlantic at this time.
3. The SAL again has changed very slightly in area and density .
