Since I write and post early in the day and generally do not update the page until the next morning; by clicking on the link, it allows you, the viewer, to get the latest information.

Again today, skies will be partly sunny, with mid to high level clouds. Seas will be moderate to calm at 1 to 3 feet. Winds will be light and mostly easterly in direction at 10 mph or less.
There is a continuing chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms as cool, high pressure air, drifts in from the north.

A cold front from Sarasota Bay to 28N85W will move S through the eastern Gulf of Mexico through Friday. A 1020 mb high pressure near 25N87W will weaken ahead of this front. A new high pressure will move into the NE Gulf of Mexico behind the front Friday and shift E Sunday. A weak cold front will move into the NE Gulf coastal plain Monday.

The air temperatures will range from the high 70s (ºF) to the low 80s (ºF) or 24ºC to 30ºC.
Ocean water temperatures are 83 to 84ºF or 26 to 27ºC. Visibility is generally 20 to 80 feet.
